Allana was selected to play for Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her off the field. It took a few years for Allana to re-enter playing in the league. Allana had a great time for New South Wales during her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland in 2015, a game she also participated in the 2015 season. Allana added radio to the repertoire, and she makes regular appearances as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is a qualified instructor outside of the sports the world. Allana Ferguson holds the rare distinction of representing Australia in three different sports: rugby sevens, rugby league and touch. Jillaroos' star Allana Ferguson was forced to bring an early end to her rugby league career following a tear to her ACL four times. Ferguson had already torn ligaments in the same knee between 15 and 17, but after tearing her fourth ligament and the final tear, there was no hope for the 25-year old. Ferguson, the JILLAROOS' playmaker, was forced to resign early due to a fourth left ACL tear. The injury was sustained in November during training, Ferguson, who has been one of the faces of women's rugby league for many seasons, verified the report this week in The Courier Mail.
